The new and improved Nano-tip™ is a high-precision foam swab engineered for fiber optic cleaning and other ultra-delicate applications where control, strength, and cleanliness are critical. Designed with a micro foam mitt and a rigid plastic handle, Nano-tip™ delivers reliable performance in tight spaces without shedding fibers or introducing contaminants.

Manufactured by Super Brush LLC, Nano-tip™ swabs feature reticulated polyurethane polyester foam with a fine 80–100 pores-per-inch (ppi) structure for controlled absorption and consistent fluid delivery. The foam head is thermally bonded to the handle—no adhesives are used—eliminating a common contamination risk in sensitive environments.
