The new and improved Nano-tip™ is a high-precision foam swab engineered for fiber optic cleaning and other ultra-delicate applications where control, cleanliness, and consistency are critical. Designed with a micro-sized foam head and a rigid polypropylene handle, Nano-tip™ delivers precise access to tight spaces while maintaining structural strength during use.
Manufactured by Super Brush LLC, Nano-tip™ swabs feature reticulated polyurethane polyester foam with a fine 80–100 pores-per-inch (ppi) structure. The foam head is thermally bonded to the handle—no adhesives are used—eliminating a common source of contamination in sensitive environments.
